Responsibilities:
* Incoming raw materials inspection
* Daily online QC inspection at production lines
* Monitoring of critical control points
* Perform physical testing on intermediate and finished products
* Conduct microbiological testing on finished products
* Maintaining QC documents
* Conduct fortnightly factory inspection
* Equipment maintenance and calibration
* Laboratory housekeeping
* General duties as required
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food Science & Technology or CPT (Food Option)
* Applicants must be willing to work in Boon Lay
* Team player with initiative, drive & good communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
* Possess positive working attitude
